New York is a city of the United States of America, the highest population density, the largest in size among other states, and is a center of finance, business, art, science, technology and development.

It is the most advanced city in the United States and is one of the most important global trade centers. New York City is the economic capital of the United States of America, with economic symbols such as global corporations and banks. New York has several neighborhoods, the most famous of which are Manhattan and Brooklyn. As well as a famous street where theatrical performances are called Broadway Street, which also has the largest public parks in the world called Central Park.

New York City was established as a commercial center in 1624 by Dutch settlers, then renamed the New Amsterdam.

In 1664 the city was under English control. The name of New York was named after Charles II granted the land to his brother Duke York. New York was the capital of the United States of America from 1785 to 1790.

History of New York City

The first explorer to arrive in New York City in 1524 was the European explorer Giovanni di Ferrazano, followed by explorers.

In 1625 he founded the first colony, a Dutch colony called New Amsterdam. Peter bought  Manhattan  from the Red Indians, and then New Amsterdam fell into British hands in 1664 and changed its name to New York City. It became the capital of the United States between 1785 and 1790.

The city’s importance lies in its being a global commercial and industrial center, where institutions, banks and commercial places are concentrated.

It is the world’s largest trade and financial center. In New York City, there are 7 million jobs, of which 3.33 are in the city and the rest are in the suburbs, and the city’s economy is growing continuously because of the proliferation of roads and labor.

New York City has a huge network of transportation, which has had a positive impact on the city’s business activity. About 3.5 million people use the network a day.

The city has 17,000 garment factories and is also one of the world’s largest cultural centers. The city has a rich cultural activity because of the affiliation of some famous poets and writers.
