Hajj
In the Holy Quran, it is said to go to the Sacred House of God to perform Hajj for those who have the ability in terms of money, health, wellness and safety for himself and those who will leave behind him.
Since the construction of the Kaaba by Ibrahim peace be upon him ;and the prophets peace be upon them do not hesitate to perform the Hajj until the number of prophets who have performed the Hajj reached to seventy prophets, including Moses, and Hood, and Saleh peace be upon them.
It is known that the performance of the pilgrimage to be once in a lifetime, but the increase is voluntary . In the Holy Qur’an, a complete surah called “Surah Al-Hajj” was mentioned, and the Hajj was mentioned in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) performed Hajj once, and it was called Hajjat al wadaa, in which he explained to the Muslims how to perform the Hajj and clarified its pillars from the beginning to the end.
Number of days of Hajj
The first day: It is the eighth day of Dhu al-Hijjah and it is called the Day of Tarawiyah.
The second day: the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah and the most important work on it is to go to Arafah.
The third day: the tenth day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the day of sacrifice, the first day of Eid al-Adha.
Day four: the eleventh day of Dhu al-Hijjah.
The fifth day: the twelfth day of Dhu’l-Hijjah.
Day 6: It is the thirteenth day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the fourth day of Eid al-Adha, and it is the farewell tawaaf.
Thus the days of Hajj six days from the Ihram to the last day of the farewell tawaaf for those who wanted to return home.
