Eid al-Fitr

Eid al-Fitr is the first feast celebrated by Muslims. And celebrate it on the first day of the month of Shawwal after the end of the last day of the month of Ramadan.

It is called Eid because it returns to people with pleasure every year.

It is called Eid al-Fitr because it is the first day that the Muslims break it after fasting the month of Ramadan.

Islam began to celebrate Eid al-Fitr  in the second year of migration.

It was the first Ramadan Muslims fast in the second year of Higra.

Allaah has prescribed zakaat al-fitr.

And it`s  last date is before the Eid prayer.

It is a kind of social solidarity between the rich and poor so that the poor do not feel the need on this day.

Muslims pray Eid prayer in the early morning, which is two rak’ahs.

In the first rak’ah, Imamullah says seven times after the takbeer of ihraam,Allaaho Akbar, and he says in the second rak’ah, Allaaho Akbar five times.

Muslims on Eid al-Fitr visit relatives and friends and congratulate them.

People wear new clothes and give children money to feel happy.

It is the habits of Muslims in this day eat sweets and cakes.
